Closed-orbit theory for the photodetachment rate in a static magnetic field transversely superimposed to an oscillatory electric field
The closed-orbit theory is used for the study of the photodetachment rate of electrons from single-charged anions in presence of a …

Distinguishing quantum features in classical propagation
We introduce the Truncated Chord Approximation via the symplectic Fourier transform of the Truncated Wigner Function. Direct numerical comparison of the TCA with exact quantum results verifies the semiclassical predictions for an initial coherent state evolving under the Kerr Hamiltonian.

Near-threshold photodetachment microscopy in the presence of a transverse magnetic field
Near-threshold photodetachment microscopy of mononegative ions is theoretically studied when a homogeneous transverse magnetic field
B
is superimposed to the static electric field
E
. We have theoretically characterized and quantified the effects on the interference pattern due to the presence of the transverse magnetic field.

Generation and detection of squeezed phonons in lattice dynamics by ultrafast optical excitations
We propose a fully quantum treatment for pump and probe experiments applied to the study of phonon excitations in solids. To describe …
